3. Billing and Payments:

All payment invoices will be sent exclusively from our official company email addresses. Circle Out IT Solutions is not responsible for any payments made to individuals or entities not associated with our official email addresses.

4. Intellectual Property:

All content and materials provided by Circle Out IT Solutions, including but not limited to logos, website design, graphics, and text, are the intellectual property of Circle Out IT Solutions and are protected by copyright laws.

5. Privacy Policy:

Circle Out IT Solutions respects your privacy and is committed to protecting your personal information. Our Privacy Policy outlines how we collect, use, and protect your data. By using our website and services, you consent to our Privacy Policy.

6. Limitation of Liability :

In no event shall Circle Out IT Solutions, nor any of its officers, directors, and employees, be liable to you for anything arising out of or in any way connected with your use of our website or services, whether such liability is under contract, tort, or otherwise.

These terms and conditions are governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of the United Arab Emirates and you irrevocably submit to the exclusive jurisdiction of the courts in that location.

8. Payment Policy and Transaction Security:

• Any requests for payment made by individuals or entities not associated with our official company email addresses are not our responsibility. All payment invoices will be sent exclusively from our official email addresses. Thank you for your understanding.
• Our bank account name is identical to our company name, providing clarity and assurance during transactions.

9. Refund Policy :

• Web Development: No refunds once development has commenced. This is standard practice since resources and time are invested in the project.
• Domain Registration: No refunds for domain registration or renewal at any stage. Domain registration is often a non-reversible process once initiated.
• Web Hosting: Refunds available on a reliable request basis, likely prorated. This suggests that if a client requests a refund for unused hosting services, they may receive a refund for the remaining period, proportionate to the unused time.
• Printing: No modifications or changes once artwork is approved by the client and sent for printing. Clients are responsible for paying printing charges once the artwork is approved and the printing process has begun.
  
  

10. Unauthorized Contact Reporting :

In accordance with new UAE regulations, if you receive any calls from sub-agents or third parties regarding our services and promotions, please note that we are not responsible for such communications. Calls from our team will display our company name on the caller ID. If you receive calls causing discomfort or distress, and our company name is not displayed, these are from third parties. Please report such incidents to us immediately at info@circleout.ae. Your privacy and comfort are our top priority.

11. Project Related Terms

If the client fails to pay the full invoiced amount or provide the required content within the specified validity period, the project will be treated as a dead project. In such cases, no refund will be issued, and Circle Out reserves the right to charge an additional amount if the client wishes to continue the project after the validity period. If the project needs to be held for an additional 30 days, a written email from the client and approval by circle out are required from circle out. In this case, the full amount must be reflected in the payment. Ensure timely action to avoid additional charges or project termination.

• Project Validity
  Web-related projects: Valid for a maximum of 60 days.
  Graphics and artworks projects: Valid for a maximum of 14 days.
  Video projects: Valid for a maximum of 30 days.

  We do not encourage any unnecessary delays from either our side or the client’s side, as this ensures a smooth and timely completion of the project.

12. Termination Policy:

If you decide to terminate the contract, you must inform us at least one (1) month prior to the intended termination date. Failure to provide such notice will result in a charge equivalent to one (1) month's service fee. Additionally, should you choose to terminate the service in the middle of a billing cycle, the termination will take effect at the end of that cycle, and you will be responsible for the full month's service fee regardless of the actual termination date within that month.

13. Service Suspension Due to Non-Payment:

If a domain or email services are not renewed or paid for after several reminders, CircleOut will take ownership of the domain and control of the email accounts. CircleOut can then suspend the domain and email services or manage them until payment is made.

14.Website Revisions Policy:

1. Website Content Revisions: Revisions to website content are allowed within 40 days of the publishing date. Any changes to content or design requested after this period will incur additional charges

2. Design Revisions: For brochures, flyers, business cards, and other design-related work, revisions are allowed within 20 days of project completion. Any revisions requested after this period will incur additional charges.

3. Major Scope Changes: Any requested revisions that involve substantial modifications beyond the initial scope or brief—such as redesigning significant sections or altering provided content—will be classified as new work and will incur additional charges.
4. Design Revisions: For brochures, flyers, business cards, and other design-related work, revisions are allowed within 20 days of project completion. Any revisions requested after this period or any major scope changes involving substantial modifications beyond the initial brief, such as redesigning significant sections or altering provided content, will incur additional charges.

15. Services and Continuity Policy:

Our company provides comprehensive web hosting services, including theme selection, hosting, domain registration, email solutions, etc . Should a service provider within our network discontinue their offerings, we will suggest an alternative to maintain continuity. Please note, however, that we are not responsible for any interruptions or issues resulting from third-party service providers.

16. Website Updates and Maintenance:

Once the website is published, any necessary corrections can be made. However, extra pages, products, listings, images, additional functionalities, etc., will not be included in the initial development phase. These will be considered part of ongoing website maintenance and will incur additional charges.

17. Content Submission:

Clients are kindly requested to provide all necessary content for the website within the promised date. If the content is  not submitted on time and the project is delayed, the client will need to pay the full project cost. The project will remain  on hold until the remaining content is received.

18. Image Limit Policy:
We include up to 20 images as part of the standard website development package. If you require more than 20 images for your website, you will need to purchase the additional images separately and provide them to us for use.

19. SEO Performance Disclaimer

SEO results are directly influenced by the availability and quality of content. We prepare SEO-optimized content to support the campaign effectively. However, if the client reviews, rewrites, or limits the content provided, it may reduce its effectiveness. In such cases, limited content may lead to limited results.

Additionally, any delays in providing necessary content, feedback, or approvals from the client’s side can affect the overall timeline and performance of the SEO campaign. We shall not be held responsible for any impact on results caused by such limitations or delays.
